What currency are your prices in?
All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The total you see at checkout, including shipping, is the total you pay.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and reorder later.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping
How fast will my order arrive?
We process orders in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your address and the shipping option you pick — both the cost and the estimated arrival date are shown at checkout before you pay. Full detail on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, by email, as soon as your parcel ships.
Returns
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery, for unused items in their original packaging. If the item was faulty or damaged, we pay the return shipping. See Returns & Refunds.
Products
Which boxing glove weight should I buy?
For most adults, 12oz is the safe all-round choice. Go lighter (8oz to 10oz) for speed and bag work, heavier (14oz) if you are sparring. For children, our 4oz youth gloves are the right starting point.
What is the difference between an automatic and a quartz watch?
An automatic watch winds itself from the motion of your wrist — no battery, ever, but it needs to be worn regularly to keep running. A quartz watch runs on a battery, keeps better time and needs almost no attention. Both are in the Watches collection; the product page says which one you are looking at.
Can I swim with a 30 m water resistant watch?
No. A 30 m rating covers rain, handwashing and sweat. It is not a swimming or diving rating. We flag this on the product page rather than hiding it.
Will this controller work with my device?
Each controller product page lists the platforms it supports. The DualSense works with PS5, PC, Mac and mobile; the Xbox controller connects over Xbox Wireless, Bluetooth or USB-C to consoles, PCs, smart TVs and phones.
What length of LED strip do I need?
Measure the run first, then round up — you can tuck extra length away, but you cannot stretch a strip that is too short. Lengths from 10 m to 40 m are available on the product page.
